Justice arrives in Whistler (Tuesday 19 November 2002)

When the Riders had left the UK on Saturday they had wondered about heading up to the village the evening they arrived in Vancouver. By the time they reached Vancouver they'd decided to have a night in the city, but their stay ended up being slightly longer than planned...

The Riders' hosts (Dom, John and Mark) provided the usual Vancouver welcome, and by the end of the first night in the city the Riders were feeling completely relaxed, despite having been awake for around 30 hours.

Sunday and Monday were spent buying kit: jackets, pants, helmets, a Canadian PS2, and a Subaru Legacy 'Wagon of Justice'.

By Tuesday morning the Vancouver hosts had had enough of the Riders so, after picking up the Wagon, the Riders headed up to Whistler.

The excitement mounted as the Riders arrived in Whistler, and by the time they found the Palace of Righeous Justice it was almost too much. They headed up the stairs and discovered a huge open living/dining/kitchen area, with massive windows facing towards the mountains. Rooms were chosen by drawing straws, then the Riders dumped their bags, set up the PS2 and settled in.
