Jon Achieves Total Justice Delivery (Tuesday 15 April 2003)

Today was Jon's 100th day on the slopes. Despite the setback of broken ribs and the resultant three weeks off, Jon has achieved Total Justice Delivery in 138 elapsed days.

When the Riders arrived in Whistler their main aim was TJD. On 29th November they scored their first day then today, 137 days later, Jon finally delivered his last scheduled day of Justice Delivery. From tomorrow onwards, Jon will be in a state of Over-Justice (OJ). Since no-one has ever entered this phase of Justice Delivery before, the effects cannot be predicted.

The day began with Jon's favourite run, the Justice Drop-in into the West Bowl. There was much more snow than expected and Jon managed three laps of the bowl, getting first tracks each time. On the third lap Jon took Dawson and Mark, but neither could be convinced to try the bowl and opted for the groomed runs instead.

Mike joined the guys while they were having lunch at the Roundhouse and lead them for the afternoon. They began with a quick run down to Emerald then Jon and Mike left with a bunch of Mike's mates and spent the afternoon searching out and leaping off every possible jump on Bear Cub and Expressway.

Back at the Palace Jon was presented with a couple of bottles of champagne by Dawson and Mark. Together with Bob and Matt, they drank to TJD.

As the Riders have often said of each other, " After so many days, you'd have thought he'd be better!"
