Bob Finally Goes to the Doctors (Wednesday 16 April 2003)

After a short consultation with a doctor and an x-ray of his right elbow, Bob discovers his radial end has been fractured for the past 2 or 3 weeks. It also turns out that he has bicep tendonitis which has been causing trauma in the left shoulder. The doctor recommended physio and no stressful upper body exercises for up to 3 weeks to let the bone heal properly. Bob booked a physio appointment for the afternoon where he received electrolysis treatment to the elbow and had his shoulder massaged and strapped up. He is booked in for physio again tomorrow and plans to snowboard in the morning.
