I come back to you now, at the turn of the tide (Tuesday 14 January 2003)

Today saw all three Riders working out in the gym for the first time this year, as Andy and Jon made preparations for a return to the slopes next week. Andy has been back in training for some days now, but Jon had not trained properly since before his accident on 29/12/2002. Today he spent an hour on an exercise bike and, despite forgetting his anti-inflammatory drugs, felt no pain from his ribs.

Both Andy and Jon are hoping to be up the mountain on Monday 20/01/2003, assuming all goes well between now and then.

Almost as exciting is the news that Google has finally recognised us. Searching for "riders of justice" now returns this site as the third match, but only if the double quotes are included...
