Day 1 of 100 (Friday 29 November 2002)
Under normal circumstances the Riders would probably not have made it out of their house, but the arrival of a friend from Vancouver galvanised them into action. Soon after 11:00 they stepped aboard the Blackcomb Gondola and Tara became the first official Guest-Rider of Justice...
Most of the day was spent on the Cat Skinner chair, riding the terrain park. The park was a pale shadow of it's former self, with only 4 rails and the half-pipe built so far - no sign of the massive table-tops yet. The Riders also took the Glacier chair and the T-bars on the glacier, but decided that the snow in the park was better, so headed over 7th Heaven and back towards Rendezvous.
The snow on the mountain was very disappointing compared to the previous season: most of it was artificially produced, creating some very strange snow-covered roads through otherwise rocky terrain. The pistes were OK in places, and weren't too busy, though another metre or two of snow would be very welcome.
As the Riders chilled out in the Amsterdam Cafe they agreed that they had satisfactorily achieved 1% of Total Justice Delivery.
